i did nothing but cheat, no this week ive cheated very badly.

starting tomorrow. im very serious. im determined to go to the gym EVERYDAY. running, cardio, everything. and im eating a very low calorie diet. i can do this. i have until december to drop about 15 lbs. i can do this.

Day 6: Why do you really want to lose this weight? Are you doing it for you?

The main reason I want to lose so much weight is not only to feel confidence in myself when I look into the mirror, or turn heads every time I walk in to a room, or even being accepted by my friends and family. I want to audition for the dance team here at my school. Of course here, looks matter. I need to have the perfect body in order to even be considered. Dancing has been something I’ve done for so many years of my life and I would love to continue to do it and share my passion with others. I’m motivated and determined enough to make every cut through the audition process in June. I will be a part of the team next season.

I find out how much I weigh…… it’s time to get excited but Im super nervous.
